Hilton London Wembley

I absolutely love this hotel — it’s an amazing place with a truly talented front-of-house team. From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel special. I was kindly given a complimentary upgrade, which honestly made my day. The front office team are incredibly caring and supportive, and you can really feel how much they enjoy looking after their guests. I was genuinely amazed when I entered the room. I had booked an Executive category, which also gave me access to the lounge — that made my stay even better. Everything was spacious, comfortable, and absolutely spot on. A big shout-out to Mr Samy, the Night Reception Manager, and a very talented young lady who is a Reception Supervisor. I’m not great with names, but honestly the entire team across the hotel are so welcoming and professional. Housekeeping also deserves special mention — their standards are impressive. This is a beautiful hotel with outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be back, and it’s without a doubt my favourite place to stay in north west London

recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Wembley Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming atmosphere set a positive tone for my visit. The hotel's modern design and prime location near Wembley Stadium made it incredibly convenient for my trip, whether heading to events or exploring London.What stood out most was the friendly staff – every interaction felt personal and warm. The front desk team greeted me with genuine smiles, efficiently handled my check-in, and offered helpful tips on local spots. It's clear the team takes pride in creating a hospitable environment.The breakfast buffet was a highlight – delicious and varied, with fresh pastries, made-to-order eggs, seasonal fruits, and high-quality coffee that kicked off my mornings perfectly. It catered to different tastes, including healthy options, and the attentive service made it even better.The gym was another gem: cool, well-equipped with top-notch cardio machines, free weights, and functional training areas. It was spacious, clean, and open early, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine without hassle. Plenty of mats, mirrors, and even cooling fans made workouts enjoyable. Overall, Hilton Wembley delivered comfort, convenience, and top-tier service. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area – a fantastic choice for business or leisure.

Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby within short walking distance.

Large, modern, hotel. Right next to Wembley stadium and arena. Room was spacious with a huge bed. All the stuff you need. Tea, coffee, kettle, biscuits and drinking water provided and a chargeable mini bar too. Big bathroom, shower is over the bath, but it had a good curtain so you don't soak the floor. Staff at reception, in the restaurant and in both bars were, friendly, polite and helpful.

Stayed here back to back weekends for events at Wembley and loved it. Location is unbeatable, steps from the stadium but also a really nice walkable area. Diamond breakfast is great, but was more surprised by the executive lounge. The evening reception offered some pretty substantial and delicious options. Service is also excellent. Hope to return someday!

Compared to the other Hilton’s in the UK, this one has been so well looked after. The carpets are dusty but nowhere near as dusty as other supposedly 5* hotels in the UK and other Hilton’s. Staff are great, rooms are spacious and they prepared everything we asked for even though it was a last minute booking. The London designer outlet is right next door and most things like bubble planet, parks etc. are a walking distance. Gym, Sauna, steam room and pool is well looked after as well. Would definitely recommend and come again if need be.

He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable and well looked after. Hussain’s professionalism really stood out, and his warm, positive attitude made a great first impression. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Check-ins can sometimes feel rushed, but he made it a pleasant and relaxed experience. A truly lovely start thanks to Hussain – his kindness and professionalism are very much appreciated. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel has a luxurious feel to it. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect for any shopping lovers. I specially want to thank mr Jonathon for his exceptional service . Lovely person, was friendly , professional , attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to him as our stay became much more enjoyable because of his excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It’s also great for families with young kids. There’s a playground just 1 min walk away . The poolside has such a cozy feel. The only thing that might need a bit of upgrade is the bathrooms. Might as well only need to change the lighting. Otherwise clean and tidy .I would happily choose this hotel again.
